This building was one of treasury Holdings first projects, the Treasury Building made new standards for office developments in Dublin. This office is regarded as one of the best offices in the city, tenants include UDT, Elan Management, Merrill Lynch and National Treasury Management Agency.

Founders of Treasury Holdings
John Ronan started in the property market 30 years ago. He trained as a Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers before he founded Treasury Holdings with Richard Barrett in 1989. John is a member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland.
Richard Barrett is a qualified barrister and economist, Richard Barrett developed an interest in property law, and was involved in property development before setting up Treasury Holdings with John Ronan in 1989. He is a member of the Advisory Board of Harvard University Graduate School of Design for Urban Development.
